Pivot sort by values

I am having a problem sorting the following pivot by the values column Y. The first two columns are row labels, and Letter2 is the column label. Right click sort on the first value in Y sorts them, but within Letter0, not for the entire sheet. What I really want to do is sort Letter0 by column Y, but when I look at More Sort Options on Letter0, the sort by values in selected column is grayed out. Any ideas how to do this?
