Weight Loss Totals

I am trying to build a cell that will total my weight loss as I go through a 12 week diet.

E14 is the cell with my starting weight then the following weeks weight will be in F14 then G14 and so on for 12 weeks. I want T14 to give me pounds loss as I go through the 12 weeks.
