% Distribution

Hi

I have a distribution question, I have this split over 10 qtrs, 100% total, which creates a bell curve

Quarter	% Split
Q1	4%
Q2	10%
Q3	11
Q4	12%
Q5	13%
Q6	13%
Q7	12%
Q8	11%
Q9	10%
Q10	4%

What I would like to do is evenly distribute the % for the 10 qtrs into 11 qtrs, keeping to the 100% total and keeping to bell curve profile.

Any help appreciated.

(bell curves can be tall and thin or short and fat)

To be honest this doesn't help me, what I need is an Excel formula or some VBA code - thanks anyway.
