say i have a workbook with 30 sheets, i want the same footer for every sheet. but the footer may change everyweek, is there a way to set up a "master footer" so i don't have to edit each sheet's footer, but rather just one, and it updates all the other sheets?

thanks,
eric

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
You can select ALL your sheets by selecting the 1st then holding shift and selecting the last (or what ever) THEN File Page setup
and set your footer etc.

If you want a custom footer then you can do this via code.....post your requirements
