VBA code to make Excel send an email with upcoming expiration dates

The table below shows the expiration dates of employee certificates:
NameEmailCert 1Cert 2
Adamadam@email.com30/7/201630/8/2016
Henryhenry@email.com29/6/201613/7/2016

I would like to run a macro that will then email all the certificates that are set to expire in the upcoming 30 days. Later I would like to have a button the triggers the macro.

Added info. I an running Microsoft Excel on a Mac and would like to you the Apple Mail app to send the emails.
