Macro to Move Certain Rows to Another Worksheet in Excel Workbook

Hello,

I am trying to create a macro to move all rows containing "dunk -", "Other", and "pro" in the worksheet called "Detail" into another worksheet called "Specifics" starting on row 2 so I can keep the heading on the "Specifics" worksheet tab. Once the rows are moved out of "Detail" I would like them deleted from that worksheet tab. Can anyone please help me write this macro?
