I queried 3 identically laid out files from a folder with PQ; 3 FY GL files. No exotic formulae used in PQ other than =Excel.Workbook([Contents]) and only using the grand totals generated by the pivot table created from the data model; no added formulae. The folder queried only has the three files in it and no sub folders.

Pivot table has three columns with grand totals underneath; all double what they should be.

I am using Excel 2010 64bit with PQ installed and Windows 7.

Thank you,

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Fixed my problem. It seems that the data was pulled into my query as data then again as named ranges. I cleared the named ranges on the original workbooks & redid the query. I'm told I could have filtered out the named ranges but am too new to PQ and missed that step.
