I want to convert these numbers as in the example:
FromTo
10.1610.00
15.0915.00
19.9919.00

<colgroup><col style="width:48pt" span="2" width="64"> </colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
follow Special-K99's instructions and then format the cell to have two decimal points.

19.99 19.00 =ROUNDDOWN(A1,0)
18.01 18.00 =ROUNDDOWN(A2,0)
another solution…
<colgroup><col width="64" style="width: 48pt;" span="2"> <col width="296" style="width: 222pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 10825;"> <tbody> </tbody>
