Hi,

I have a small excel puzzle that I'm curious about. Let's say that I want to have a worksheet refresh every few seconds (3-5 seconds or based on varying time-frames) or have it refresh based on a certain condition not being met (certain value in cell is not correct). How would I do this?

I'm assuming this would have to be done in VBA?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Please note: I don't have an example, but am thinking of different implementations that would be highly effective with high refresh rates (low-data intensity).
