    Fill effects are not visible on screen - only when printed

    When I select a fill color it does not appear on screen...although it does appear when printed...very strange. It's also something that's begun happening recently...any thoughts???

    Fill color, formula required.

    Sheet 1 called Data has fill color (yellow) for some cells in row 1, eg B1. Sheet 2 cell B1 has =Data!B1, what else do I need to add to the formula so that cell is the same color as the cell in Data B1 (yellow). Thanks for your help in advance.
