I'm beginner in excel and i'm work in call center and i face problem when i check with customer when we check his bill and we rate the customer per second not per min and we give him free unite

shortly PDF invoice generated with this formula

Number is 9715518**** call duration 00:12:14 cost is ???

so now i sum all cells and total is 04:12:55

now i have this issue we give customer free unite for mint in his bill 250 MIN

it's mean

Free Unite : 04 hours : 16 min : 43 Sec
Total call duration : 06 hour : 14 Min : 15 Sec
total is : i need to create Cell give me total with same 00:00:00
i try format cells HH:MM:SS and not working

appreciated if you help me in sample way couz I'm beginner in excel

i need when i Divide 250 Min /60 i need cell give me calculation without round up to be 04:16:43 HH:MM:SS

so renaming balance will be = total duration (-) ecual from 250Min/60

If you divide by 1440 and express the output as Time, you should get what you need.
Time is a decimal fraction of a day; there are 1440 minutes in a day.

i just get point right now but we miss two something that cell is round up calculation and other side when i make minus between tow cells calculation not showing in minus couz i minus small from big amount

I can't see what is wrong with the calculation. 250 minutes is 4 hours and 10 minutes. That is what the spreadsheet shows, along with free mintues remaining.

dear Sydney did you see Cell D2 is Duration with seconds and if we minus Small total from big total then total must come with minus but this is not come ever
Clear :

Total Duration : 01:47:39
Free Unite Come with 04:10:00 wrong must be 04:17:03
and renaming = total duration for the customer from free unite so calculation must come with minus to show there are still free unite

this is i mean
