F2 has employee's re-hire date. 04/01/2019
In H2 it should show employee's tenure (length of service) in the format : x years, y months, z days

Use below formula to calculate time between two dates, with F2 being start date and G2 being the end date:

=DATEDIF(F2, G2, "y")&" years, "&DATEDIF(F2, G2, "ym")&" months, "&DATEDIF(F2, G2, "md")&" days"

can you show the actual data? In the sample data you have posted above you have typed hire date and re-hire date in same cell i.e. "F2"
