Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
It does exactly what it is supposed to do. If you check out the QUOTIENT function in Excel help, you will see the following:

Returns the integer portion of a division. Use this function when you want to discard the remainder of a division.

If you are looking for 4.5, simply use:
=9/2
