I am currently using an pre generated attendance track from excel. We have a condition at work where an employee earns a day off if they don't take a sick day 90/180 days. is the a way to write a formula to track this. Please be patient with me since I am a new use to excel and I might not know what the responses means. I will attach a screenshot of the attendance sheet I am using.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
How do you mark sick day in the tracker?
Suppose, you mark it as "SD", then you can use countif formula to ensure that employee gets day off if the SD is zero
