a formula to match dates and words

Hi

In sheet5 E21 i require a formula which looks at sheet4 C5 date and if the date matches sheet5 E20 date It looks at sheet4 B7 and if it sees a word "work hours - day" it places the figure from Sheet4 C7 in Sheet5 E21.....
