A good reference for importing from excel to acces with vba.

Hey all,

I tried looking for threads how to make a macro to export excel data to ms access. Most threads were about how to get imports in acces from excel (so using vba inside access). But i want to write the macro in excel vba, so the other way around. So with a button in excel when i click it it will get stored inside an access database. Any good suggestions for any good threads?
