Accept/Reject values in Excel cells

Hello!

I hev the following problem: I want, in a cell, to be able to select a value that is in list1, but not in list2 (list1 contains the values in list2).

Can anyone help me with that?

Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
suppose list1 is the range name for entries in column A
list2 is range name in columnC

if you run this sub the items in list 1 not in llist2 will be copied in column F
modify to suity you
