Access 2007 Tutorials

Hi,

Please suggest me a tutorial for Access 2007 - For basic navigation and controls. I have just moved from 2003 to 2007 and little uncomfortable finding the menu options.

One more thing - In access 2003 to disable the startup options we can hold shift key, how do we do that in 2007?
