I am having issues creating a Query with a variable that has a dropdown box. Is it possible to single-out each response within a dropdown box in a Query? If so, how would I go about it?

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Please describe this dropdown box. Are you talking about a combo box on a form?

Yeah it is a combo box with a list of (6) items and I wanted to be able to create a query for each of the (6) items in the combo box, so that I could report the totals for each of the (6) items seperately.
