Accessing textframe in a cell from range object

I am trying to figure out how to grab the text frames inside a selected range (cell) and change all of their text strings.

I can create a new textframe in a cell, but can't figure out how to grab the existing ones.

Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
