accidently added a macro

how can i remove a macro from a worksheet/book?
i don't know anything about macros if that helps

Perhaps, setting the Macro Security to "Low" might not ask you to enable macros ?

Did you double-click each sheet and the ThisWorkbook object in the Project Explorer to bring up their code windows?
