Activeworkbook.RefreshAll

I have a large SQL Query which needs to calculate first & i need to put a macro in place (via a button) which will refresh two pivot tables on a sheet called 'SQL Query 2' (which is hidden from public view)

If i use 'Activeworkbook.RefreshAll' this will refresh the whole workbook, before the SQL has calculated

How can i bypass this?
