Hi Everybody. I have a client who updated to Excel 2010 and as a result he can not run the calendar12 activeX control anymore. Is there any way to incorperate it into newer version of excel? Your help is much appreciated

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
I do not have access to 2010 yet, but when running a workbook in 2003 that I had last saved in 2000, the calendar became awfully goofy. I recall either the calendar, the buttons therein, or the font (or some combination of those) becoming rather microscopic in size.

Anyways, not sure if this will help, but if you delete the calendar and plunk in a new one while in 2010, this worked for me (with 2000 to 2003). I realize that this is propbably beyond your client, but was thinking if you have access to 2010...

Thanks for your input. Is it possible to check with code if the calendar is available on certain machine and if not to transfer the activeX calendarcontrol into users' machine separately? Again thanks.

How do I code this. I want the code to check a users machine if calendar12 is on current machine. If it is,run that,if not,use monthview.also how would I change code in these controls(at runtime)?
