ActiveX controls combo box

I just had a quick question on the ActiveX combo box. I made a workbook that contains a combo box and everything works completely fine on my computer. The problem comes when I distribute the workbook to my colleges. The drop down box and enabled typing works for some people, and does not for others. Is there a specific setting they need to have to use ActiveX controls?
 

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
