Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to create an excel for my nutrition class. I want to have a macro that can save the Calories, Protein, Fat and Carbs per day from the Food Entry tab, then copy those data into the DailyRecord tab. Finally, clear all data for the next day. Thank you for helping this noob.

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
