I am doing a max flow linear program using excel solver
I have a set of numbers in the column. For understanding purposes, i will refer to them as units.
In the LIMIT column as can be seen in the pic, all values which are RED. I want to add 12 units to across all the values in this range, RANDOMLY.
For example 6 units can be added to cell AC6 changing the value in the cell from 5 - 11 (because 5 +6 ) i want the additional units to be added to the cells.
it doesn't have to add 12 to every single cell, i just want it to consider, the cells within the range, and distribute the 12 units randomly across it. the range of values i want to add this additional 12 units randomly to are the values in RED.
