Add another Foreign Key?

Is there a way to add another foreign key to the table so I can expand PLATE in my example. Please see orange dotted arrow, I would basically like ID 45 to be able to be expanded within the other table.

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Nope: see reference here as only one subset at a time. You would need need other views
