Add row and copy some data when a cell = "value"

I created the worksheet below to keep track of actions on a project punchlist. What I want to do is if column G is set to "New Task" I want to add a line under that line, copying column A - D. If it is set to "Closed" I want that line (and all associated lines above) to close and shade all cells.

Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
We can not see which column is column G? and A-D?
It is better that you can input some sample data, for "before" and "after" the code run.
