Add some text in the Cell

Hi All,

I have two columns in excel sheet in following manner:

Col. A Col. B
Chapter Page Nos.
0101 1
0101 00 2
0102 00 3
0103 00 4
0201 1
0201 00 2
0202 00 3

and so on. I just want to do in following criteria:

Col. A Col. B Col. C
Chapter Page Nos. File Name
0101 1 Chap01.txt
0101 01 2 Chap01.txt
0102 02 3 Chap01.txt
0103 00 03 4 Chap01.txt
0201 1 Chap02.txt
0201 01 2 Chap02.txt
0202 00 03 3 Chap02.txt
