Hi could someone combine these 4 formulas so they can go into 1 cell ?
Maybe using 'OR'
=IF(AND(A4="YES",B4="YES",C4>5,C4<10),C1,"")
=IF(AND(A4="YES",B4="YES",C4>10,C4<15),D1,"")
=IF(AND(A4="YES",B4="NO",C4>5,C4<10),E1,"")
=IF(AND(A4="YES",B4="NO",C4>10,C4<15),F1,"")

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
You could just nest them

=IF(AND(A4="YES",B4="YES",C4>5,C4<10),C1,IF(AND(A4="YES",B4="YES",C4>10,C4<15),D1,IF(AND(A4="YES",B4="NO",C4>5,C4<10),E1,IF(AND(A4="YES",B4="NO",C4>10,C4<15),F1,""))))

BUT a Nested IF
=IF(AND(A4="YES",B4="YES",C4>5,C4<10),C1,IF(AND(A4="YES",B4="YES",C4>10,C4<15),D1,IF(AND(A4="YES",B4="NO",C4>5,C4<10),E1,IF(AND(A4="YES",B4="NO",C4>10,C4<15),F1,""))))

Please try
=IF(AND(A4="YES",C4<15,C4>5),INDEX(C1:F1,2-(C4<10)+(B4="No")*2),"")
