Adding new fields to Access report

Hello Friends

I am creating a report in Access (2007). In this process, I am adding fields to the report (in design view) from a query (that is the data source for this report). For some fields Access is showing a message, "to complete this operation, Access must modify the RecordSource property of the current form or report"
The message further states, "Access will create a new query and embed it directly into the report's recordsource property. The report will no longer be based on the original query"

Do you know why Access is showing this message only for certain fields?

Yes, because you are selecting fields which do not exist within the original recordsource (table or query). You can't just add anything you want by adding fields from the available fields list (in Access 2007 it shows more than the fields in the underlying table/query). So, in order to add those it needs to modify the query underlying the report.
