adding time

I am trying to building a scheduling spreadsheet but have become totaly stuck when it has come to adding a numer to a time.

in cell R10 i have a start time ( 14:00 )
in cell N11 i have a number that is the result of a division ( 14 )
How do i add the two cells together to get the result 14:14
The result may go in to the next day i.e. 00:14

=R10+TIME(0,N11,0)
