Additional data in a bubble chart

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a bubble chart displayed with quadrants (using two axes) + also determine the size of the bubble based on the size. However, I'm struggling when it comes to adding the actual names of the units - when I try to include the fourth column of data, the type of chart that I'm getting is falling apart. Anyone would be able to help?

What I would need to get, is the call-outs to have "Unit A", "Unit B" etc.
