Adress manager, postcode problem

Hi guys. I made a little macro to my company. It has all our addresses (about 2-3000) and can fill up a courier request form. It is a manager so can managing the addresses as well.
My problem is sometimes we miss type the postcodes or towns. I tried to download a postcode database, and wanted to use a macro to checking after type, or fill the town cell automatically after postcode cell filled. But these databases are very big.
Is there any solution for this problem? I would need some kind of offline, but "small" size database.. Or is the any online solution to link into the excel file somehow?

We use a paid service (it's cheap) to do this much like you would on a website - we use PostCode anywhere, handily they also have an example of using it in Excel Creating your own Excel tools using Excel Internet Queries
