I need help with a formula that will take lets say 220 hours and divide it across a duration of weeks with 33.5 working hours per week.

I want the formula to divide the block of hours (220 in "C18") across the duration (9 weeks in "F5"). Then Divide block of hours (100 in "C19"

SUM the range H18:P18 and determine if the SUM of the range is less than the block hours then divide again for the next cell untill the range is >= the block of hours then enter "0"
