Hi Guys!

I have an Excel sheet with a list of names in column A row 1-39 and then dates in B, C, D etc representing days of the week. Each of the Names puts an "A" to show they are available to work that day.

This info is pulled through to a allocation sheet where we select the names from the drop down dox to allocate a shift.

Is there a way to run a macro or formula to ramndomly allocate the names evenyl across the allocation sheet based on their availabilty from the previous sheet?

If you can let me know that would be great!!!!

Thanks All!

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
