Allow multiple users to edit a worksheet from the server ( nor for my local sharepoint)

Hello , I would like my colleagues and I to work on the same spreadsheet at the same time. I know how to do it sharing the spreadsheet using my local SharePoint but this only works with spreadsheets located in "my files".
Is there an option to do the same with excel files located in the Company server ?
