Is there an effective way to identify similar numbers in a list? The application is a list of bank account numbers where a fraudster has either taken out one or two digits (e.g. 4639871349 now appears as 439871349...minus the second digit which was the "6") or changes a digit (e.g. 4639871349 becomes 4639871359).

Thanks in advance for any help!

Brian
