I worked with the FILTER function at home to analyze the list of orders (example in the picture), but unfortunately the FILTER formula isn't supported by Office 2016 which is used at my workplace.
Are there any alternatives to automate this filtering for example with INDEX-AGGREGATE functions.

In the list of orders I want to filter on 2 things:
- The 'New saldo' has to be < 0
- I want a list for each machine (1, 2 or 3)

In the second step I want to sort the orders.

Who can help me? Thanx in advance.

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
