I would like to create/put a animated refresh button on my Excel sheet while it's retrieving data from Access. Any idea how to do it and where I can find a refresh button animation?

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
