I asked a formula question a few days ago, and got quick and accurate help, so thank you...
but now I have another question.....

I want all numbers in one column to add up to a total at the bottom... A friend says I have to use something like "=k3+k4+k5+k6....etc. etc..." in the "total" cell, stating every number... But I have over 200 numbers in that column....

Is there an easier formula?

Thanks

Dwayne

We are in the beginning stages of starting our business...a scuba shop...and we plan to use excel to keep a running inventory...so you're right...I will have to get better at it...and, trust me...I will pass along what I learn in the same professional and courteous manner in which you all have given it to me!

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
