Any ideas about grabbing data from image files

Hello All,
Hope you are doing well.
I have many many image files that I would like to grab the data from.
These images have the same layout:
Top section Main Score
Lower section the components that make up the main score. and it is like a table structure, where you have the component name in a column, and then the component value in a column to the right.

Is there any way I can open the image files, and read the data into a worksheet row per image?
Sorry I can't post an image example, this involves patient data.
Thanks for any suggestions.
