Our executives get excel documents from many sources. They want to change their default shape background from blue to blank. I have read how to:
1. Set the default shape, but unfortunately its only for the current document(many sources of files)
2. Set new templates - only work if they create the document themselves
3. Apply a theme - but this is an extra step for them that they may not remember.
Is there a way to apply a theme or default shape to all documents you open?
We are using excel 2016
