Archiving a dynamic series of linked spreadsheets and preventing any updates

Hi all, I have a new milestone process at work that means I need to archive off all the relevant data at each point so it can be referred back to. We have 3 teams contributing to this which results in the following workbooks:
1. Forecast/Target/Revenue
2. Bill of materials/typical products/margin
3. Financial model

All 3 link to each other for a variety of reasons and work well. I control all 3 ultimately.

What I would like to do is ensure that, at each milestone when I've taken the information I need and put in a presentation, I am able to archive off all three workbooks as static documents that don't automatically update/save when opened (usually by me) to refer back to.

What is the most robust way of achieving this?
