Arrange in ascending order

Hello,
I have a list of calculated values in a column, i want them to be arranged in ascending order after being calculated so that i can use them to do a vlookup function, is this possible?

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
You can do Data-->Sort (Alt+D , S) and a window will pop up from there self explanatory. Are there duplicates in your list? If not that sorting would not even be necessary for the vlookup.
