Assign shortcut Key to run my code in Form...

Hi, I have seen this in access sample database NorthWind 2007, that in a button I see an alphabet underlined Close that when i hit alt and C it runs the close code...how can i make one myself?:)

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Put an ampersand before the letter you want to use as an accelerator in the button's caption.

eg &Close

That will run the button's code when you press ALT+C.

Hi Pedie

You just need to put and & before the letter you want to make the shortcut.

i.e.

&Close => Close

E&xit => Exit
