Assigning Add In to Ribbon Button

I've done this before, but cannot remember how I did it and Google is not my friend this morning.

I've created my custom Add In and can select it through the Add In menu, no problem. I run into an issue when I try to assign it to a ribbon item in that I cannot find it anywhere. All of my personal workbook macros are available along with the original version of this addin, but the revised version that I actually want to use cannot be found.

How do I assign this custom add in to a ribbon button so that it can be used easily?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Today is rough, but just in case anyone is curious: when adding the add-in and assigning it to a button, the name of the function itself shows in the Macro drop down, not the name of the add-in file.
