Hoping someone can help.

I have a list of dates and countries and products, for example:

Product X Country X Date X

I have a timeline which I want to represent pictorially so I want to use shapes to show the country, the tricky part is I want that shape to be linked to the date and be positioned on a grid depending on that date.

Is this possible within the boundaries of excel?

Thanks,

Paul
