Hi I'm trying to simplify competition of a cleanliness audit.
What I was hoping to be able to do using the "Template Audit Score Sheet" to create a separate sheet that lists the rooms with the appropriate questions (row 7) not all questions are relevant to each room those marked with a 1 must be scored then an auditor will be able to enter a room score only the relevant questions Pass scored 1 on the score sheet or Fail 0 move on to the next room in the list. the I need the scores to go in the score sheet. this needs to be flexible and dynamic as the numbers of rooms varies across buildings.
