Auto add text into the first unoccupied cell

Hi in VBA I am looking for a script to look down a column and place a word after the last occupied cell e.g below so the word would go in A7

2 Me
3 Please
4 I
5 Hate
6 VBA

8
9

1) Where are you getting the word?
2) Automatically or on button push?
3) Always column A?

Hi lets just say the word is "hello"
Automatically no need for a button push
yes lease column A

Well, if we assume the word is hello, it will always enter hello. Also, if not a button push, you're going to want to activate it somehow. Otherwise, you will get:
